1. Service

MyWorlds Gen is an AI-powered tool for generating 3D environments, scenes, images, and videos. Users can build 3D scenes, capture them, and use AI models to generate styled images and videos based on their creations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MyWorlds Gen. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

You must create an account with a valid email address to use MyWorlds Gen. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments

MyWorlds Gen offers weekly subscription plans and one-time credit purchases.

• Subscriptions auto-renew every 7 days unless canceled
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Credits do not carry over between billing periods
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if no credits have been used

5. User Content

Users may provide:

• Text prompts
• Uploaded assets (images, textures)
• 3D scene configurations

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Generate harmful, misleading, or offensive content
• Misuse outputs in unsafe real-world contexts
• Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the Service
• Share account access with unauthorized third parties
• Access the API through automated means without permission

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Real-world decisions made based on generated outputs
• Misuse of generated designs, scenes, or images
• Content provided or uploaded by users
• Any consequences arising from treating AI outputs as professional advice

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon account cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Data Processing

You provide input data (prompts, assets, scene configurations). We process this data using AI systems and cloud infrastructure to generate outputs (images, videos, 3D scenes). For details, see our Privacy Policy.

14. Business and Enterprise Use

The Service may be offered under different subscription tiers, including individual and business plans.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Individual (or basic) subscription plans are intended for personal, non-commercial use only
• Business, team, or commercial use of the Service requires an appropriate business or enterprise plan

You agree not to:

• Use an individual plan on behalf of a company, organization, or commercial entity
• Share access with multiple users under a single-user plan
• Circumvent subscription limitations or pricing tiers

We reserve the right to require you to upgrade to an appropriate plan, or to limit or suspend access if we determine the Service is being used in violation of plan restrictions. Commercial use without an appropriate subscription plan may result in immediate suspension or termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
